The Chesapeake Sports Club recognized Legend of Honor Kaitlin Dykes at its April luncheon. The Chesapeake Conference Center was packed as staff from the Chesapeake Sheriff's Department and Chesapeake Regional Healthcare joined club members to honor Kaitlin for her involvement with the Special Olympics. Ted Alexander, sports announcer for Old Dominion men's basketball and football, was the guest speaker. Four student-athletes were also recognized for their accomplishments.
